Who we are
LeadLeak Audits is operated by Christopher Schuenhoff, doing business as LeadLeak Audits. This policy explains what information we handle when you visit this website, order an audit, or contact us. Questions about it can be sent to leadleakaudits@outlook.com.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers, or third-party scripts or fonts. Fonts are served from this site. Like any website, our hosting provider receives the technical details needed to deliver pages and protect the site, such as your IP address and the pages requested.
When you order or contact us
- Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own hosted checkout page. Stripe collects your payment details. We do not receive or store your card number. We receive the order details, including your name and email address as provided to Stripe, and confirmation that payment was made.
- Order information. At checkout you give us your website address. For the Audit + Fix-It Guide you also give your business street address and ZIP and, optionally, your main services; we may ask for other details needed to write your document.
- Email. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
Your website
To prepare a report we retrieve the publicly accessible homepage you give us, in the same way a visitor's browser would. We keep the findings and the report we produce. We do not log in to your website or change it.
If we contacted you first
We may send a one-to-one email to a business email address that the business publishes on its own website, about a specific issue we found on that website. We keep the business's public contact details and the findings so that we do not contact the same business twice. If you ask us to stop, we stop, and we keep your address on a do-not-contact list so that it is never used again. To ask, reply to the email or write to leadleakaudits@outlook.com.
How we use information
- To produce and deliver your report or document, and to answer your questions.
- To keep order, refund and accounting records.
- To prevent misuse of the service.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Automated and AI-assisted processing
Reports are produced by automated software with AI assistance. The website address and public page content you provide, and order details such as your business name and email address, may be processed by these tools to prepare, check and deliver your report.
Who else handles information
We use service providers to run the service: Stripe for payments; an email provider for correspondence; infrastructure providers for hosting this website, storing code and running the audit software; and AI service providers that assist in preparing reports. They handle information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order records, the reports we sent, and related emails for as long as needed to provide support, handle refunds, and meet accounting and tax record-keeping needs.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing leadleakaudits@outlook.com. We may need to keep records that the law or our accounting obligations require.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information, but no system is perfectly secure. Please do not send passwords or card details by email. We never need them.
Children
This service is intended for business owners and is not directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
