Terms of Service
1. Who these terms are with
These terms are between you and LeadLeak Audits, operated by Christopher Schuenhoff, doing business as LeadLeak Audits. By ordering, you agree to them. Contact: leadleakaudits@outlook.com.
2. The service
We offer two one-time services, priced in US dollars:
- Website Audit ($49). An audit of your business's public homepage using automated checks. You receive a score out of 100 and the issues our checks find, ranked by priority, each with what we found, why it matters and a recommended fix. Checks we could not verify are listed as such.
- Audit + Fix-It Guide ($149). Everything in the Website Audit, plus written replacements for your homepage title, search description and main headline, a local business data block, a rewritten Google Business Profile description, and tap-to-call link code for your phone number.
Reports are delivered by email to the address you used at checkout.
3. What a report is, and is not
A report is a set of observations about one public web page at one point in time, produced by automated software with AI assistance and checked against the page source before sending. It can contain errors and omissions, may not detect content that a page builds with scripts or shows only in images, and may flag something that is intentional. It is not legal, accessibility-compliance, security or professional advice.
4. No guarantee of results
We do not promise that following a report will increase calls, leads, sales, traffic or search rankings.
5. Your responsibilities
- Give us the address of a website you own or are authorised to have reviewed.
- Review any text or code we provide before using it, and take a backup before changing your website. You are responsible for changes you make or have made to your site.
- For the Audit + Fix-It Guide, provide accurate details when we ask for them.
We do not log in to your website and we do not change it.
6. Payment
The Website Audit and Audit + Fix-It Guide are one-time payments. Neither is a subscription.Payment is taken through Stripe's hosted checkout once it is available; we will explain how payment works before anything is charged.
7. Refunds

8. Ownership and use
Once you have paid, you may use the report and any written material we provide for your business, including sharing it with the people who look after your website. You may not resell it.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the service to review websites you are not authorised to ask about, or in a way that harms others or the service.
10. Disclaimer
To the extent the law allows, the service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
11. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, United States.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here when you order applies to that order.
